Listen Now to Episode 11 of Our Podcast — “Spiritual Foundational Principles, Part 4”

The eleventh episode of our new podcast series – “Our Spiritual Heart” is now available! Listen to part 4 of “Spiritual Foundational Principles” using the player below or on Spotify! Co-hosted by Kelsey Anderson and Kathy Grant, psychologist Ed Rubenstein, Ph.D. will be discussing, among other topics, that our deepest purpose on earth is to share the Unconditional Love of True Source by allowing our hearts to radiate the Love to all hearts in existence. In other words, we are here on earth to be instruments of Unconditional Love.

what does it mean to be an instrement of unconditional love?

In Ed’s role as a Ph.D. level psychologist, he spent many years diligently teaching numerous mind-body interventions and mind-based meditation approaches in a variety of clinical settings; and as he discusses, he was very committed to sharing these approaches. However, nearly 25 years ago, he realized through his own heart-felt experiences that these mind-based methods were limited and that our heart was the missing ingredient to address and access the spiritual dimension of our lives. In this episode, Dr. Ed also discusses what it means to be an instrument of Unconditional Love and the differences between different meditation practices. As Ed explains, the main difference comes down to who is in charge…is it the person meditating or the Source of Unconditional Love? With respect to the fourth spiritual principle being shared in this episode, as far as being an instrument, we never take credit for the radiance of Love; we are not the Source of loving compassion or kindness; and we are not relying on ourselves to become a more perfect spiritual person. Instead, we are learning to rely more and more on the Love of True Source. That direct experiential relationship through the doorway of our hearts allows the Love to set us free, and spiritual growth is a natural outgrowth of this process.
