As we bloom into spring, we wanted to share that our annual year-end “Light the Way with Love” campaign certainly lived up to its name! A tremendous amount of love and generosity was shared throughout the holiday season!
For the first time ever, HBI conducted part of our campaign on Facebook, timed with its #GivingTuesday matching initiative. While not all the gifts made on Facebook were matched, those that donated shared their giving in their timelines, helping prompt their friends and family to also give. In fact, we had nearly 50% more individual donors than in any year since we started our annual campaign!
We are also so very grateful to report that 2019’s campaign raised over $45,000 thanks to incredibly generous donations and corporate matches. This total is 30% more than last year’s campaign and shows that HBI is continuing to reach more and more hearts and minds.
BLOOMING IN 2020…
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the financial support we receive is critical in helping us fulfill our mission. The donations from HBI’s annual “Light the Way with Love” campaign will do just that, helping us to:
- launch a new training program for teachers and administrators this spring;
- expand our groundbreaking research;
- bring our Heart Based Therapeutics® program to more organizations so more professionals can experience the many benefits of heart-mind alignment; and
- introduce a new video series allowing anyone to enjoy the elements of our effective experiential training.
